  • We anticipate a virtual kickoff in January, an in-person retreat in March, and a final in-person retreat (timing TBD). Fellows are expected to participate in 90-minute virtual sessions in February, April, June, August, and October. In the off months (March, May, July, September, Fellows can expect to spend some time with their internal teams completing brief assignments, and engaging in discussion and reflection about the application of the learning. Weekly optional office hours with the facilitator will also be available.

  • We’ve updated our guidelines to include up to teams of four. We welcome teams of two to teams of four. 

  • Frontline will tap its extensive network to bring in faculty of experts specializing in compliance and legal and wellness and resilience experts who are trauma-informed and sustainability strategists.

  • No, they will be in different cohorts, workshopping and working through distinct topics. But, different cohorts will enjoy several opportunities to connect and engage in co-learning. 

  • Especially for this inaugural cohort, we will design an intake process to meet fellow needs and provide relevant learnings to implement at fellow organizations. This is bespoke and iterative and will we continue listening to what’s happening in the field with lots of room for adjustment and feedback. 

  • Fellows should pay for their own transportation but Frontline will cover accommodation and meals.

  • We’re open to designing cohort experiences with funders and for movement leaders within the same field or ecosystem. Have an idea/recommendation? Please reach out to partnerships@frontlinesol.com.
