Especially for this inaugural cohort, we will design an intake process to meet fellow needs and provide relevant learnings to implement at fellow organizations. This is bespoke and iterative and will we continue listening to what’s happening in the field with lots of room for adjustment and feedback.

Frontline will tap its extensive network to bring in faculty of experts specializing in compliance and legal and wellness and resilience experts who are trauma-informed and sustainability strategists.

We anticipate 2 in-person retreats, with weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly programming, cohort touch base time, and office hours with expert practitioners.

They will be in different cohorts workshopping and working through distinct topics, with some opportunities to connect.

Fellows should pay for their own transportation but Frontline will cover accommodation and meals.
