This initiative empowers participants to articulate a collective vision, identify synergistic actions, and establish robust infrastructure for enduring coordination and resilience, achieved through expertly facilitated strategy labs, visioning sessions, and investment design.

Ecosystem Alignment is designed to activate collective power within a geographic, issue-based, or outcome-focused ecosystem by forging shared strategies, rebalancing power dynamics, and designing aligned investments that move us from reactive to regenerative systems of impact.

    Curated by region or issue area and designed with and for the ecosystem.

    Establishing shared principles, aspirations, and priorities by honoring historical context, understanding power dynamics, and identifying opportunities for collaboration.

  • Collective Strategy Studio:

    Co-designing shared goals, mapping assets and gaps, and aligning strategic actions and roles across institutions.

  • Investment Alignment Sprints:

    Identifying funding overlaps, redundancies, and gaps, and designing collaborative funding mechanisms.

  • Rapid Action Pods + Long Arc Infrastructure:
