Who we are

Frontline Solutions is a social impact ecosystem that serves as a consulting firm, intermediary funder, venture lab, and civic infrastructure builder. Through our consulting business, a closely aligned nonprofit organization, and capital investment vehicles, we use multiple tools to help our clients and partners accomplish their boldest visions. 


We leverage deep relationships and 20 years of experience to support social sector organizations through challenges and changes, mobilize resources, incubate ideas, strengthen ecosystems, and build collective power.

WHY FRONTLINE?

Frontline understands the ripple effects from the shifts, instability, and chaos of this political and societal moment. As a social impact consulting firm, a workplace, a small business comprised of people who are leaders and visionaries, yet are parents, immigrants, and elders at the intersection of diverse identities, we bring to bear decades of practitioner know-how for navigating turbulent times. There are three factors anchoring how we show up as an institution with and for our partners in this current context:

  • Frontline was founded to work towards environmental, racial, and social justice, navigating constant threats and setbacks. As our partners experience these profound shifts in funding and legal realities, we understand how to guide clients in making the difficult strategic, financial, and organizational decisions that current institutions face.

  • As a 20 year old institution, Frontline has gathered a wealth of practitioner knowledge through learning and innovation following sector and funding shifts. We tap into our historical knowledge and know-how, sharing best practices and models for organizations to pivot and respond to current challenges.

  • We remain steadfast in challenging our sector to do better by elevating youth voice, centering community voice and needs, and recognizing impacted individuals’ expertise. We help translate visionary, ideas, and needs from the frontlines of change into action, ensuring organizational longevity and sustainability.
